How To Mark A Room As Clean

It’s just a few clicks away to change room status to cleaned in Soraso pms. Let us show you how.

1. Once you're logged in, head over to the front desk menu from the left sidebar.
2. In the Current Status Tab, finding a specific room to clean is not the most efficient way to do.
3. Instead, we suggest you use the search function by clicking at the filter button on the top right.
4. If you have a specific room in mind, just enter the room number or the guests name in the search bar. Otherwise, you can filter all dirty rooms by clicking at the room statuses that end with D (Dirty).
5. Once you find the target room to clean, click at it.
6. The context menu will pop up. Then choose Clean This Room.
7. A modal will then pop up for you to choose which maid is the cleaner of this room.
8. Once done, click confirm.
