How To Edit Check-ins (SORASO PMS)

Editing check-ins is one of the most common tasks in front office operations. For example, you might want to add a second guest or update missing information for a guest in a room. Let me show you how to edit check-ins in Soraso PMS.

  1. Once you're logged in, head over to the front desk menu from the left sidebar.
  2. Find the occupied rooms you want to edit by using the search function to filter all occupied rooms. Enter the parameters OC (Occupied and Clean) and OD (Occupied and Dirty), then press the search button.
  3. Find the room you want to edit and click on it. A context menu will pop up. Select "Edit Check-In."
  4. A form will appear where you can make your changes. Once done, click confirm.
  5. The registration card will be shown for you to check the information. Let the guest sign on your device, or make a simple dot by clicking in the signature area and let the guest sign later.
