List a Lost & Found Item

How To List a Lost & Found Item

  1. Once you’re logged in, head over to the Lost & Found menu from the left sidebar.
  2. Click the “New” button, and the lost & found form will pop up.
  3. Select the alert time and the department to be notified.
  4. Choose the area where the lost & found event occurred and fill out all relevant information.
  5. Click the plus icon to select the type of lost & found item and enter details such as type, name, remark, and quantity.
  6. Enter any additional information in the notice box.
  7. Optionally, you can upload a picture of the lost & found item by clicking the upload button under the picture section.
  8. Once done, click either the "Lost" or "Found" button to list the item.

That's it! You've successfully listed a lost & found item in SORASO PMS.
