How To Make Reservations

1. Once you're logged in, head over to the Reservation menu from the left sidebar. Click the "Make Reservation" button at the top left. This will take you to the new booking screen.
2. If you're making a reservation for today, you can skip the next step. For future reservations, click the magnifier icon to filter available rooms based on your preferences, like date or length of stay.
3. Select your conditions and click "Check." You'll see all the available rooms that match your filter. This screen is the same whether you're booking for today or in advance.
4. Next, pick a room type by clicking the pencil icon in the same row. You'll be asked to choose details like the number of rooms and guests. Once done, click "Confirm."
5. Now, select a rate code by clicking the pencil icon in the rate code column of the same row. Choose the rate code you want and click "Confirm."
6. If you want to continue making reservations, click the shopping cart icon at the end of the row to save your current booking and keep going. When you're ready, click "Add to Cart and Continue" at the bottom right.
7. You'll now see the booking form. Fill out the booking information and add guest profile details. Feel free to explore other forms if needed.
8. Once you've completed the form, click "Confirm" at the bottom right. Congratulations! That's how you make a reservation in Soraso PMS.
