How To Mark Rooms As Pending For Cleaning

Guests often request their rooms to be cleaned up. You can mark their rooms as pending for cleaning directly from the front desk menu. Let me show you how.

1. Once you're logged in, head over to the front desk menu from the left sidebar.
2. To find the room you want to set as pending for cleaning, go to the room status tab and use the in-house filter or just use the search function to filter occupied dirty room status or OD.
3. Once you've found the room, click on it. A context menu will pop up. Select "Make Up Room" and confirm.

And that's it! You've set the room to be cleaned. To reverse this, just repeat the steps: click on the same room and select "Release Make Up Room."
