SORASO x BOTNOI x PLUM Win "Best Innovation of the Year" at Global MarTech Integration Day 2026, Chiang Mai
Chiang Mai, August 6, 2026 — The SORASO team, together with BOTNOI and PLUM, won first place for "Best Innovation of the Year" in a competition to create solutions supporting the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions) industry in Chiang Mai and Northern Thailand, at Global MarTech Integration Day 2026, held August 3–5, 2026 in Chiang Mai.
The competition invited technology development teams from a wide range of industries to present solutions addressing the growth of the MICE business in the northern region — one of the key industries driving Chiang Mai's tourism economy. The SORASO x BOTNOI x PLUM team combined the strengths of all three partners: SORASO's expertise in hotel and hospitality management technology, BOTNOI's AI chatbot capabilities, and PLUM's business know-how, to design a solution that enhances the experience and operational efficiency of MICE operators — ultimately earning the competition's top award.
